  Enrollment Procedure  
     
 
1. First read the Terms and Conditions.

Complete the Enrolment Form and send it to us.

3. We will - within 24 hours - send you an invoice which will tell you how much you have to pay for your course and, if required, your accommodation and airport transfer.

If you are happy with the details shown on the invoice you can then pay in full or with only a deposit. (see How to Pay for information on deposits). Remember to send us evidence of your payment and the amount in pounds sterling.

5. When we have received your payment we will issue you with a Certificate of Enrolment that shows the course type and dates, accommodation type and dates (if required), how much has been paid and how much is outstanding. If you need a visa to enter the UK please show the Certificate of Enrolment to the British Embassy or immigration officials at a UK port of entry.

  1. If you are a visa-national we will not confirm your accommodation address until you have informed us of your visa status. As soon as your visa has been confirmed (don't forget to tell us!) we will send you the address and further information regarding your host family.

Please note that Visa National students must confirm their entry clearance (visa status) to the UK two weeks prior to the start of their accommodation booking in the months of June, July and August. We cannot guarantee accommodation placements if visa confirmations are received with less than two weeks' notice.
